Refund policy

We value your 100% satisfaction at Doodlez and make every effort to provide the most accurate product details possible.

Changes to orders cannot be made after placement. While we will try to accommodate changes upon request, we cannot guarantee any modifications after 1 working day of the order being placed.

Returns/ Replacements:

• Lost product in transit
• Product damaged during shipping
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Once your cancellation is processed, you can expect a refund within 2-5 working days through your original payment method.

You have 3 days to return an item if it’s damaged or incorrect, and we will ship a replacement within 7 days after receiving the return.
